Be A Meditator- Non dual consciousness is an inner awakening

Non-dual consciousness.  Now, what is this? Dual consciousness is a sense when we are always looking at ourselves through the eyes of others. like, " she is so beautiful but has no intelligence. Hardworking but no initiative. He is a school dropout, his future is doomed." But we have read biographies of so many genius who are school dropouts. Perhaps these people did not spend time on what others are thinking about them.   Meditate to release this dual consciousness and focus only on our real consciousness, which is inner awakening energy. When we find this energy our life becomes like the fragrant spring season.                                                                                        Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Breathe mindfully

The little girl in the infographics is scared looking at the mosquito approaching her. However, can this act of mosquito and ladybug feeding on flower be giving some message? Maybe the message is " you gotta nourish to flourish" In the case of flourishing emotionally, we need to feed on, a purpose and meaning in life, setting goals, fulfilling work, positive self-talk, exercise, relaxation, forgiveness, prayer, and meditation. If we are able to do these acts then we will flourish, emotionally and spiritually.                                                                                         Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Become aware of your sense perceptions

You might have come across someone, who just walked through the room and did not notice the person sitting there, spilt milk, a fallen pen or an open window/door. I was quite surprised when I noticed this for the first time in a person very well known to me. Being aware and being alive are two different things. We are equipped with senses such as sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch that help us to take in the world around us, but perception is the process of becoming aware of things around us in the present moment. Being in the present moment is one of the virtue we are trying to achieve through meditation. Regular meditation can develop the skill of being in the present moment. One needs to work on it hard.                                                                                        Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Meditation teaches us to search within

None of us is strangers to the issues like stress, depression, and anxiety. So these days more and more people turning towards meditation in search of inner peace. With inner peace, we notice why we feel the stress and anxiety that underpins our every day and finally clear up our minds with the mess in it.                                                                                    Keep Meditating

Meditate to Change Behaviour

All of us are born with certain fundamental behaviours. As we grow we realize that some of the behaviours are a hindrance to our growth. At this juncture, various questions cross our minds. Did I inherit that sudden rise of anger from my dad? Why do I gain weight so quickly? I want to sleep for n number of hours. I want to earn lots of money. I hate my boss, he expects me to follow each and every rule.  I wish I could change myself, not think about the Boss, but just think about the task. meditation can help you break away from these shackles of anger, overeating, overspending, and fear of the boss. Meditate, over and over again.                                                                                                                                                                                                              Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Meditation is my greatest feast.

When we prepare bread-butter for breakfast. The first half is the bread and the second half is butter, butter is not exactly half, it is just a layer which goes deep inside the bread, making it the greatest feast. In the same way, meditation creates awesomeness deep inside us.                                                                                                                                              Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Put Some thoughts down, follow your breat

Sometimes people will be critical no matter what we do. Then our minds get filled with many thoughts, which cause stress and confusion. Lay down all thoughts, surrender to the void and relax. Relaxation helps us to gain a more transparent and calm mind. We would remain positive and well-focused despite the hustle and bustle of our life. Just follow our breath regularly.                                                                                                                                      Keep meditating

Be A Meditator- Your time as caterpillar expires, The day you tune into meditation

Your time as caterpillar expires is like saying goodbye to one stage of your life. You have left the old you behind. The time is now to break out of that cocoon and show the world your beauty, you have hidden for long enough. Its time for your talent to breath.                                                                                                    The little girl in the inphografic says, " the day you tune into meditation, your time as caterpillar expires Your wings are ready. Its time to fly and create the life you desire and deserve".                                                                                                               Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Rise above your expectations, continue to meditate

Expectations are how we hope or anticipate our life to be. They encompass all areas of our lives--our work, our relationships, and the way our life will unfold. Expectations play a significant role in our life. When expectations, are conscious, reasonable and stated they can be a powerful motivator.  But according to Master Choa Kok Sui, a teacher from the Philippines and founder of Modern Pranic Healing says, Do not meditate on your expectations, if you do so then you are not doing meditation itself. Continue to meditate selflessly.                                                                                                                                                                                                            Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Meditate to enhance your alertness

What is alertness? Alertness is being aware of what is taking place around us. Also, it is the state of active attention by high sensory awareness such as being watchful and prompt to meet danger or emergency or being quick to perceive and act. Then what has alertness to do with meditation? Alertness is related to both body and mind. The first effect of meditation is to calm the mind, which helps in enhancing alertness. Stay alert.                                                                                                                                                                                                         Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- My meditation is simple

Osho says, "My meditation is simple, It doesn't require complex practices. It is singing, It is dancing, it is sitting silently." When we are singing or dancing we tend to get lost in it and forget all other things, except the sound, sensation, we may even be without thoughts. This state is meditation. Sitting silently after the dancing and singing gives us eternal peace. We are totally relaxed.                                                                                                                                 Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator-Something beautiful is awaiting us

When we start meditating with a purpose, like, being free of Anxiety, Anger, depression, or shame or for achieving rewards, love, or improving the relationship. We are overpowered by the feeling of achieving our aim. If we do not see results quickly, we get impatient and start getting distracted from meditation.  When we meditate, we have to build a solid and constant feeling that something beautiful is waiting for us. It will come as and when we become eligible for it. When we continue to meditate with such a feeling, our meditation becomes stronger each day. a fountain of love and peace automatically flows.                                                                                      Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Simply meditate together a solution will appear

What is the general reaction, when something goes wrong? A set of people will immediately look for the person, to blame. They will start blaming the person, who might have made mistake. However, will the blaming solve the problem? It is better to focus on the solution. If everyone involved will meditate together, a solution will appear.                                                                                                                                                                                             Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Watch a thought

The moment we have a certain thought and believe it. We may experience an immediate emotional response. It is said that we go, wherever our thoughts go. If we want to go somewhere different, consciously and intentionally we need to choose our thoughts in each moment. To make it a habit to watch our thoughts, regular meditation is the stepping stone. happiness in life will automatically follow.                                                                               Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator-Sow seeds of meditation

I remember, way back in the seventies, sometimes during rains, we got slightly brown colour water from the tap. Those days there were no water purifiers or RO in use. Mostly people boiled water and left it overnight for the mud to settle down. Then one day someone told me, that if I stir alum four or five times after boiling the water, the mud will settle down faster. It did happen when I tried it. Today when I look back and think about that incident. Our minds also get filled up with various thoughts, worrying about the future, still clinging to past experiences, or when we are agitated our minds get muddy. If we sow the seeds of meditation, it will act like an alum. Our minds will get clear faster. Make it a habit to practice meditation regularly.                                                                                                                                                                                                     Keep Meditating

Meditation Leads You To Present

When everything appears to be fine in the present moment. Then why are some people still suffering? Maybe it is the memory of the past that makes us suffer now. Like, " why did I use those words, it wasn't necessary. I could have helped mom when she was feeling weak or I could have shouldered some responsibilities with father in the times of need." Yes, that's what makes us suffer now. Okay, Can we go back in time? Can we undo those incidents ?-----. Meditation can lead us to the present. Leave those memories behind like photographs in an ocean of yesterday.   Sail to the present moment on the boat of meditation.                                                                                                                                                    Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Can we help them meditate

During this corona phase, people are locked in their homes. Suddenly they are unseen, unheard, lonely and in agony. This state of affairs may cause anxiety, anger, fear, frustration, stress, depression, guilt and self-doubt. Can we help them in any way? We cannot change the situation or circumstances. It will take its own course of time. Things seem to be improving. But to fight negative emotions, meditators can involve as many people as possible in meditation.                                                                                                                                                                            Keep Meditating
