  Do you fear to surge ahead towards the unknown? We all have an iota of fear in us. Fear is a pain arising from the anticipation of evil. Whereas courage keeps us going. Many times fear defeats more people than any other thing in the world. However, it is a possibility that the cave we fear to enter, holds the treasure we seek. Third Eye Experience: Lightening Flashing

Ana Pana Sati Two

Anapana sati,  "the meditation on in-and-out breathing, is the first subject of meditation expounded by the Buddha in the Maha-satipatthana Sutta, the Great Discourse on the Foundations of Mindfulness. The Buddha laid special stress on this meditation, for it is the gateway to enlightenment."  In simple words, Anapana sati is mindful breathing. Breathe in and breathe out and be one with it.                                      

The Inner Voice is Heard in Meditation

 Sometimes, while in the quiet of meditation we hear some voice telling us to do this, do that or accept whatever comes our way. later we realise that the thought which crossed our mind was the right path. Tears Rolling down in Deep Meditation

 Sometimes tears start rolling down in deep meditation. As we know thoughts come and go during meditation. Some of the thoughts are painful, where we might have hurt someone unknowingly or someone has hurt us. These pains appear in the form of tears.  Tears are an emotional release.
