The functioning of the mind is divided into four components. Manas ( sensory mind), Buddhi (inner witness), Chitta( memory), Ahamkara ( self-identity). As manas is calmed buddhi awakens. Buddhi calms mental agitation which is caused by the unconscious mind having a lot of distractions. Imagination is relaxed and restful concentration is established bringing ordinary awareness into the present moment. Be A Meditator- Ready to face the world
Conquer the world, not in the literal sense. We can conquer the world only when we have conquered our anger, resentment, jealousy, desires, and judgemental nature. To overpower these traits we have to make our bodies strong by doing regular physical exercises and eating healthy food. To make our mind strong and focused, observe our breath with zest, and do meditation regularly. then we are ready to overcome any obstacle or opposition in this world. Keep Meditating

Let's observe some natural processes, like When we water plants, they turn into trees. These trees attract clouds, which bring rain. A bucket full of water comes back in the form of rain. Be A Meditator- My breath fills me with awareness
When we enter the house we live in and walk across to our favourite corner. We pass by many things. some people notice them whereas for others it just runs like a moving screen. The little boy in the infographic says, "my breath fills me with the awareness of every other shade that exists between black and white". When we observe our breath we become aware of the things, we come across or pass by. Awareness enhances by observing our breath. Keep Meditating

Think of the days, when we started meditating. If we have taken a call of say fifteen or twenty minutes of meditation. A number of times a thought might appear that how much time is left. The meditator is thinking about time again and again. But when we have not fixed a time limit, then sometimes it may happen that after thinking about time, several times, we reach a stage, where we lose track of time. this is a deep meditational experience. What is thought energy? In scientific language, thought energy is viewed as a collection of thoughts that are interrelated by their common theme or experience and are bound together as a functional unit. We know that various thoughts keep passing through our minds all the time. These thoughts can be positive or negative. When we continue to meditate, the thoughts developed into emotions, which is thought energy and the thoughts become more powerful. A practice of meditation can let us pass off negative thoughts, and give an outlet to our positive thoughts. Which may ultimately give a concrete shape to our beautiful thoughts. Keep Meditating

Demons!!, None of us can think that there can be any demon inside us. Think of a situation when we want to do something good but suddenly something stops us from doing it.
