Be A Meditator- As we continue with our meditational practice

The functioning of the mind is divided into four components. Manas ( sensory mind), Buddhi (inner witness), Chitta( memory), Ahamkara ( self-identity).                                                                                         As manas is calmed buddhi awakens. Buddhi calms mental agitation which is caused by the unconscious mind having a lot of distractions. Imagination is relaxed and restful concentration is established bringing ordinary awareness into the present moment. As meditation deepens, certain things are set aside in order to clear the way for restful concentration.                                                                                                                                                                                 Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Ready to face the world

Conquer the world, not in the literal sense. We can conquer the world only when we have conquered our anger, resentment, jealousy, desires, and judgemental nature. To overpower these traits we have to make our bodies strong by doing regular physical exercises and eating healthy food. To make our mind strong and focused, observe our breath with zest, and do meditation regularly. then we are ready to overcome any obstacle or opposition in this world.                                                                                                                                                                                 Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator-Consider meditation too as Karm Yog

Practising Karm Yog means doing our duty without attachment, whether we like our duty or not, we still do our best. Acting in this way diminishes our ego and helps dissolve any sense of separation between self and other. We do our duty without any desire or attachment to the outcome of our actions. It is also believed to purify the mind and it is considered the most virtuous approach to service. Meditation also diminishes the ego and purifies the mind. Without any physical action, a meditator spreads positive vibrations around himself.                                                                                                                                                                                                      Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Let's meditate to create a better world

It is easy to be more concerned about our time, money, and resources by getting caught up in our material expectations. But when we give our time to someone, we could be healing his/her deep-rooted wounds. also by sharing money and resources with the needy. At one end, we could be fulfilling someone's immediate requirements, at the other end, it may give us immense satisfaction and joy. Meditation can help us in becoming generous and create a better world.                                                                                                                                                      Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator-Enjoy meditation with Plants

Children know no limits no boundaries, and no rules. They can imagine anything. They fantasize to be an astronaut, police, pirates, and so many other characters. The little boy in our infographic wants to be a spiritual plant biologist, so that when he grows up then he can talk to plants freely all the time and find ways to keep them happy and healthy. Meditating with plants transmits calmness and joy. Enjoy the peace                                                                      Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Everything we give with love comes back with abundance

Let's observe some natural processes, like When we water plants, they turn into trees. These trees attract clouds, which bring rain. A bucket full of water comes back in the form of rain. Also, when we sow a seed it comes back in the form of tons of grain. Similarly, anything we give with love comes back in abundance. Meditation teaches loving and caring.                                                                                                                                                           Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- My breath fills me with awareness

When we enter the house we live in and walk across to our favourite corner. We pass by many things. some people notice them whereas for others it just runs like a moving screen. The little boy in the infographic says, "my breath fills me with the awareness of every other shade that exists between black and white". When we observe our breath we become aware of the things, we come across or pass by. Awareness enhances by observing our breath.                                                                                                                                                                   Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Deep meditational experience, losing awareness of time

Think of the days, when we started meditating. If we have taken a call of say fifteen or twenty minutes of meditation. A number of times a thought might appear that how much time is left. The meditator is thinking about time again and again. But when we have not fixed a time limit, then sometimes it may happen that after thinking about time, several times, we reach a stage, where we lose track of time. this is a deep meditational experience.                                                                                                                                                                                               Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator-Meditate to connect with the universe

Computer-savvy children use cyber terminology for their breathwork. They say that the brain is like a computer. To start a computer we need a password. Observing our breath is the password to activate our brains. But to connect a computer with the rest of the world, we need a Wi-Fi connection. similarly to connect with the universe we need meditation.                                                                                                                                                                    keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Meditate to express your thought energy

What is thought energy? In scientific language, thought energy is viewed as a collection of thoughts that are interrelated by their common theme or experience and are bound together as a functional unit.               We know that various thoughts keep passing through our minds all the time. These thoughts can be positive or negative. When we continue to meditate, the thoughts developed into emotions, which is thought energy and the thoughts become more powerful. A practice of meditation can let us pass off negative thoughts, and give an outlet to our positive thoughts. Which may ultimately give a concrete shape to our beautiful thoughts.                                                                                                                                                                                                 Keep Meditating

Be A Meditation- Every experience- good or bad becomes a part of the joyride in meditation

Throughout the span of life, we are sometimes up and sometimes down. Every experience -good or bad can become a joyride if we detach ourselves from them and focus on meditation.                                                                                                                Keep Meditating

Be A meditator- Be passionately in the present moment

It is quite likely that the bird is holding on to the branch and thinking whether it can fly or not. The moment we start thinking that whether we can do it or not. We cease forever to be able to do it. Meditation can guide us to have faith in ourselves and be passionately present in the moment. It can motivate us to become like a bird, expand our wings learn new things, and fly as high as we can.                                                                                                       Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Conquer all your inner demons with love

Demons!!, None of us can think that there can be any demon inside us. Think of a situation when we want to do something good but suddenly something stops us from doing it. This may be due to inner demons if there are no external forces working. Love and compassion can undo such obstacles. Breath awareness can enhance the power of love and compassion.                                                                                                                                                                          Keep Meditating
