 The functioning of the mind is divided into four components. Manas ( sensory mind), Buddhi (inner witness), Chitta( memory), Ahamkara ( self-identity).                                                                                         As manas is calmed buddhi awakens. Buddhi calms mental agitation which is caused by the unconscious mind having a lot of distractions. Imagination is relaxed and restful concentration is established bringing ordinary awareness into the present moment.   Conquer the world, not in the literal sense. We can conquer the world only when we have conquered our anger, resentment, jealousy, desires, and judgemental nature. To overpower these traits we have to make our bodies strong by doing regular physical exercises and eating healthy food.
