 When we think beyond our earth, solar system, or Milkyway, there appears another space, which we call the universe. How is it connected to us? Maybe, we are the product of all the action taking place in the universe like waves are a product of all the action taking place in the ocean. We see that waves are rising all the time.   Have you ever felt sleepy during meditation? It does happen sometimes, especially with beginners who are trying to meditate for a longer time. They start with an erect position and end up with head down in a sleepy position. It is normal. However, more experienced meditators may not feel sleepy during meditation. With regular practice of meditation, one can get over sleepiness.   Sometimes we wonder, when will our actions have a full impact? It is difficult to say. It varies from person to person. But it is true that when we are convinced in our mind that we ought to do this, the action will have a full impact. Also, the desires connected with the action will dissolve. This state is popularly known as that we have come into the state of meditation.   Looking at different colours, what comes to our mind? In visual perception, a colour is almost never seen as it really is. We see so many coloured things around us. But if we see them through a coloured screen the colour appears to have changed. So colour is a relative thing. it is dependent on the wavelength of the spectrum the object reflects and the same received by our eyes, is the absolute truth.  The practice of meditation enhances the ability to jump from relative to the absolute truth.                                                                                                                         Keep Meditating
