How do athelete and players behave before they come into actions? They stay still and focus, In the same way when a drop of water falls in a pool of still water, it forms ripples. Clear ripples will not be visible in running water. In the event of doing some thing, we need to still ourselves before we take the final shot. Meditation can help us to still our brains.
