Be A Meditator- Go with the flow and be consistent with meditation

   When the baker pours syrup on the pancake. He is not expecting any particular design, he just lets it flow. Baker's main aim is that syrup should seep into the pancake. In the same way, we should be consistent with our meditation, without any doubt or expectation.   We all know, that sand irritates the oyster and the oyster responds by turning it into a beautiful pearl. We too should try to turn our difficulties into a pearl, pick the pearls and string them together. Every moment we enjoy makes our string of pearls more precious. Meditation improves our spiritual, mental and Physical health

         What do we do when a flower doesn't bloom? We just fix the flowerbed. In the same way, to fix all types of health issues, we need a doctor to help us. However,  meditation can also be of great help. There are many scientifically validated reasons, which conclude, meditational practice improves overall health. Meditation develops compassion and tolerance. In the long run, Meditation wards off depression and stress (mental health) which contributes to a disease-free body (Physical health).    Most of us see a stream of thoughts flow through our minds during meditation. But rather than being carried away by the content or emotional charge of individual thoughts, just rest comfortably on the banks of thoughts.      Meditation! Meditation! Meditation!  What is this meditation? I don't have time for meditation. I have to rush to my college, school or workplace. There are so much of domestic chores remaining. We may come across such arguments. Such thoughts communicate we need to calm our minds and body.    Meditation can calm our minds and encourage feelings of acceptance and harmony, like saying "Yes, I have to do these things". By staying in the moment, the mental stress levels can be reduced dramatically. If I am staying in a calm and relaxed body, all the work will go on without stress.                                                                                                                  Keep meditating

Be A Meditator- Any reason why we should not meditate

   Is there any reason why we should not meditate? We may hear, no time, no inclination, Can't sit for so long, no company and so on. But those, who have climbed the ladder to the top in their respective fields,have somewhere, and in some way, had been meditating. Meditation helps us to develop a greater understanding and increases the strength and endurance of our attention.
