Zero State Of Mind

As we keep meditating, We reach a state of mind, where we overcome inner conflicts and tend to become non-judgemental This is a zero state of mind. A person whose mind is in a zero state, emits extremely positive emotions, like compassion, love, joy, confidence and charisma. S o to say we expand into the entire existence. To keep expanding positive traits, one should continue regular meditation.                                                                                                                                                                                                           Keep Meditating

Until only the divine is left

Insights come in layers. We understand something. And a few years later, we understand it differently. In another few years, we return to the original insight, but differently. Layers and layers of subtlety reveal themselves to use as we become better at the art of observation. Be a Meditator- Thinking about future outcome

  When feeling anxious about some future outcome, try acknowledging this   ." Right now I don't know, but I will Know at the right time." a nd that should bring you back to the present moment. Because indeed we do not know what the future holds for us. It may be better than what we are thinking right now.   We count our ages by years, isn't it? Do we think if that is actually the way to count how long did we live? At the end of the day, it's never about years in our life that counts. it is about what we did to make our life full of joy and happiness. What can help us to make our life worthwhile? Be A Meditator- Meditate before you speak or take an action

  Is it possible for us to meditate every time before we speak or act?  No, but when you encounter an unpleasant situation, sometimes an innocent remark made untimely triggers an exchange of verbal unpleasantries. Then take a few seconds off, and meditate before you respond. You will find that whatever you want to say can sound pleasant. Any action after meditation will warm both hearts. So, in such a situation, meditate in your mind, meditate in your heart, before speaking or taking action.                                                                                              Keep meditating.

Be A meditator- Mountains are like Shiva In the state of deep Meditation

      We have heard a story of Samundra Manthan ( charming of the sea) in which Amrit (nectar) and vish ( poison) were generated. If the formation of vish was not contained then it would have destroyed everything around it. However, no one wanted to drink vish. Only Shiv courageous of all drank the vish, but he never let the vish go down his neck ( like today's coronavirus which we should not let go down below our neck). But by drinking vish a lot of heat was generated in Shiv's body. That is why a lot of water and milk is poured on Shiv's head. For the healing purpose, he used natural herbs like belpatra, dhatura, caster, and bhang. On Mahashivratri we remind ourselves of the medicinal use of herbs and meditation. Meditation heals us mentally. Shiv would go into deep meditation.     We all know, love and compassion are necessities and not luxuries. Without them, we can not survive. Many people underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or a small act of caring. all of which have the potential to turn a life around us. Quite a few people want to do so many acts of compassion but are unable to do them. Then what do we do? Yes, one way is meditation.    In the present-day scenario, everyone is looking for love. Valentine's day is especially associated with love. Love for our near and dear ones is expressed in different forms.   But in the midst of the flood of love messages, we forget the most important person. The person within us, expressing love for ourselves is the supreme love.   When do we love ourselves? When we are satisfied with our activities, and our surroundings. For example, many of us will be unhappy until we lose weight, get a good job, get a raise, or the boy/girl we wish to have.  We often put conditions on our love. Meditation is also self-love. It can change our mental setup. We can learn to love ourselves as we are right now.  Some beginners of meditation think that it is some kind of quick fix. No, it is not. One has to do regular and proper meditational practice.    Well, we talk a lot about disappointment leading to depression. So many ways are suggested that how to overcome depression. But what is the harm in being overjoyed? Sometimes in our excitement and elation, we tend to overdo things, overestimate our capabilities, and just take challenges without preparation. At times we are convinced that we know everything and stop learning.
