But when water starts filling the field, green grass and small tiny plants slowly start growing everywhere. In the same way, we can fill ourselves with conditions suitable to us and also to others. Meditation can help us to change ourselves. This is not a character flaw, it is the immense amount of energy they possess. Most parents would want to channelise this energy. Can we do it? Maybe we can, if we teach children to observe their breath, we give them the ability to focus, and control their reactions to any situation. That's what we need when we are older. But practising breath observation should be a pleasant experience. Like the boy in infographics says," my breath feels like the Nutella on my spoon".  I feel, that when our actions do not hurt anyone, we are right. When we feel bad after the action, we are wrong. But it is a relative term. What is right for me may not be right for the other person.

What weakens us is our habits, desires, and thoughts but not ourselves. Self-realisation is only the removal of all camouflage. Desire is a strong feeling of wanting to have something or wishing for something to happen. Is it wrong to have a desire? 
Desire is the starting point of all achievements. Also, human behaviour flows from their desires. Desires are good only as long as it does not enslave us. Also, as long as it does not lead us to exploit someone. But a number of times our desires are not met, then we tend to get frustrated, In some cases, it causes immense suffering. Some people may even get violent. That's where meditation helps.
