Meditation is a Gift of Lifetime

What is a gift?  Can learning  a new skill be a gift? What can be a lifetime gift? A gift is something that gives us happiness. Learning a new skill gives us a sense of satisfaction and immense happiness. The gift of learning to meditate is the greatest gift we can give us. While Meditating just Observe your Breath

 Sometimes, in anxiety to be perfect in meditation, we start asking questions, like Is my posture correct? What should be the duration of meditation? Why so many thoughts are appearing in my mind? Meditation is not defusing a bomb. A bomb defuser has to be absolutely correct.  Can we go back in time and change my past? Only in movies. Can we go to the future and start reading a book, which is still in the author's mind? No, it does not exist. We can only act in the present moment. If I want to change my life, bring change in the present moment. Meditative and Non Meditative Mind

  It is generally observed that a  Non-Meditative mind focuses on all the possible situations. They would think about grey and greyer situations. but a Meditative mind would act with patience, They would prefer to wait and watch.  Every morning spend twenty minutes in exercise, twenty minutes in meditation and twenty minutes reading something inspiring. Meditate Before the Event and go Ahead

   Some times, when we are starting a new activity or a new venture. Just before, the event is about to begin. We start thinking. Am I doing the right thing? Will I be successful? Meditate to hear the First knock by Opportunities

 We hear about so many natural and unnatural calamities. Can we do anything about it? No, we can hardly do anything to stop it. But we do hear some people have scaped it, whereas some were caught in it. It is like a chopper coming to rescue people. there are some people who reach the place before it takes off. Involuntary Yawning and Sighing during Meditation
