Be A Meditator- Openness of mind finds its way to meditation

What do we do when we disagree with our boss ( be it in the office or at home )? We have to learn to let go of our fixed ideas. The opposite of fixed ideas is openness. If we think that boss is wrong, then we should be compassionate( considerate and tolerant ). If he is right then we should be open to change. We should try to always learn and grow. Regular meditation can help in developing of openness of our mind.                                                                  Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Meditation breeds compassion, responsibility, generosity

A number of times we hear remarks like 'He is so generous' or 'she is so responsible'. Why not me? We all possess virtues like love, care, compassion responsibility, generosity, etc. some are able to exhibit it instantaneously and others may think twice. In many cases, we miss the moment and land up regretting it.   Meditation gives birth to compassion, responsibility, generosity, love, and care deep in our hearts.                                                                           Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Ignore negative vibrations

Has it ever happened, that you didn't want to leave your room or continue sleeping? For you have foreseen, that the moment you are out of your cell, you might be laden with tasks you don't like to do or you may be judged, and compared. Such a state will make one miserable and one may have a perpetual feeling of avoiding people and remain in their cell.  Meditation teaches us to be in the midst of everyone and everything yet be away from negative vibrations.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- As you connect with nature the road of life becomes meditation.

OSHO says, " The great splendor of life is that it keeps you eternally engaged, searching, exploring. Life is exploration, life is adventure, the mystery that never ends."                                                                   Keep going on the road of exploration and adventure. Sometimes we get a chance to connect with nature.  Nature brings eternal peace.                                                                                                                                                                                        Keep Meditating
