- Happy New year 2024

New Year's Eve is like every other night. There is no pause in the march of the universe, no breathless moment of silence among created things that the passage of another twelve months 'be noted'. Yet no one has the same thoughts this evening that come after 12 months.  Maharishi Ramana was and is regarded by many as an outstanding enlightened being. He was considered to be a charismatic person and attracted many devotees. He was born on 30 Dec 1879 in Tiruchuli in Tamilnadu. He had a spiritual teacher. At the age of 16, he had a spontaneous spiritual awakening, and he then travelled to the sacred mountain Arunachala, where he spent the rest of his life and died on 14 April 1950. some of his quotes are----- -- " Your real nature is happiness." --  " Your self-realisation is the greatest service you can render to the world." -- Happiness is your nature. It is not wrong to desire it. But rather than being carried away by the content or emotional charge of individual thoughts, just rest comfortably on the banks of thoughts.         "Focus on fire", is taken from the "Osho- the book of secrets". Most of us want to get rid of our egos. Don't we? In the infographic, the artist shows the burning of ego and retention of self.  The ego is considered to exist in the head. If we focus on the process of breathing. When we exhale, space is created within. At that moment, we should close our eyes and enter within, and then when we inhale air (oxygen), energy is created. Imagine that this energy is burning the body.  Focus on fire rising from the toes upward to the head. Slowly there will be nothing. No ego too.   Our subtle mind soars on the wings of intuition and imagination. That's true when we are just imagining,  how to do a certain project or making a beautiful image, and the mind is working on it. sometimes we also hear something which may be totally different from what we were planning. Is that intuition? Intuition is not thinking, it is knowledge beyond knowledge. Hand Mudras and its affect

 As most of us know that Mudras are symbols formed by uniting certain neurological reflex points which terminate on the surface of the hands. Mudra action begins at the subtle energy level, balances chakras, heals emotionally and acts on the physical body.                                                                                There are a large number of mudras. Some of the mudras are given in the infographs.
