Be A Meditator- I am drowning in my breath

Drowning is when we are completely submerged in the water. there is only water all around us. We can't feel or see anything else. In the same way, after years of deep and sincere meditation. We may reach a state when we become aware of only our breath and nothing else. This is a present state, a blissful moment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Keep Meditating
