Just sync in with our breath.  Welcome aboard on a flight to meditation. We might come across people, who meditate together. Group meditation has some of its own unique benefits. It helps in inculcating a habit. We learn from each other and immediate feedback is available. Be A Meditator- A meditator becomes respectful of everyone overtime

 Envy, jealousy, doubt, and hatred such negative emotions we often see in our daily life. When we come across a person who has done something wrong to us, we are tempted to pay him in the same coins or just avoid him. If our ideas do not match we try to distance from that person. Such emotions take us away from the fundamentals of a good relationship- love, care, share, and happiness.  But meditator overtime achieves a level that is above all these emotions. He is not affected by the negative vibrations. he is nice to people, listens to them, shares, and helps people.                                                                    Keep Meditating
