Integrating our insights into day-to-day life.

Ma says I am her most adorable one coz I never forget to meditate

In the still mind, in the depths of meditation, the Self reveals itself.

In the still mind, in the depths of meditation, the Self reveals itself.

Listen carefully, your soul has a message for you ...

Some questions cannot be answered by Google

"Every path, every street in the world is your walking meditation path" Thich Nhat Hanh

With meditation, you start growing wings.

Meditation increases our awareness of our subtle bodies

Meditation increases our awareness of our subtle bodies. 1. Annamaya Kosha - the body we feed with food or Anna 2. Pranamaya Kosha - the body we sustain with breath, acted upon by practices such as Pranayama 3. Manomaya Kosha - The emotional body, the body most affected by our emotions. It can be worked upon by practices such as generating positive emotions such as gratitude. 4. Vigyanamaga Kosha - The body that consists of our thoughts. It can be worked upon by practices such as creative visualisation and positive thinking. 5. Anandmaya Kosha - where spiritual bliss resides. We can nurture this body through meditation.

"Meditation is a flower and compassion is its fragrance." ~Osho

Mommy tells me if I meditate daily I shall grow strong roots and wings

My awesomeness levels touch the sky whilst I sit down to meditate

I love Playing with my breath

Meditating in groups, particularly for beginners, can help in maintaining a continuous practice

When we close our eyes and pray together we all connect to our breaths and feel so thankful for everything

Dear friends and well-wishers , today we are starting a new journey of 1000 images with messages for children. We want to do our part to help the future meditators of the world. All your good wishes and sage advice is welcome. As I saw in a movie once ... there are no ordinary moments ... and there is no ordinary work.

In meditation we take the time to be with ourselves.

I am dipping into that powerful source that creates everything.

When no one else's answers satisfy you, it is time to meditate

The more I read, the more I meditate ...

Don't go away ... Go within

"The affairs of the world will go on forever. Do not delay the practice of meditation." -Milarepa

Meditations allows molehills to remain molehills

With meditation, we become authentic ...

Maybe the Joker from Bat Man started meditation. In the beginning, powers come to us. Insight comes with time. We must continue our practice to reach compassion.

Don't just do something - Sit There!

Breath is the gateway

Happy he stands, Happy he sits ...
