1. Annamaya Kosha - the body we feed with food or Anna
2. Pranamaya Kosha - the body we sustain with breath, acted upon by practices such as Pranayama
3. Manomaya Kosha - The emotional body, the body most affected by our emotions. It can be worked upon by practices such as generating positive emotions such as gratitude.
4. Vigyanamaga Kosha - The body that consists of our thoughts. It can be worked upon by practices such as creative visualisation and positive thinking.
5. Anandmaya Kosha - where spiritual bliss resides. We can nurture this body through meditation.
