    Can we prune past experiences and work on remaining to blossom into the present?  As we go on meditating our minds learn to' let go'.  for instance, if we start telling ourselves, that "we should not interfere in other's affairs, it's their business. Also now we don't get worked up when someone says " you are not trustworthy". As I know, I am working in good faith and that's enough. Meditation is helping me in pruning those negative thoughts and harnessing the energy within. Be A Meditator- Early morning meditation

   It is said that the meditator is not much affected by his surroundings. This state is reached after doing sincere meditation for a long period. But when we are beginners small sounds like the movement of vehicles, the sound of footsteps, barking of dogs, and vendors calling distract us. All these sounds are minimal in the morning and late at night. So it is advantageous to meditate during these quiet hours. There is an additional advantage of meditating in the morning our mind is quiet after a night-long sleep.                                                                                     Keep Meditating

   Is it possible, for a Father and a  son to walk side by side, and a mother and daughter walking hand in hand? If such a thing happens to them, then together they can overcome the unexpected. The bond between them will grow stronger each day, whether they are far or near.  Yes, meditation can help them achieve this wonderful relationship, and their life will become meaningful.                                                               Keep Meditating

 Sometimes we are under great pressure for signing an important undertaking. Just to do the most appropriate thing, Paramhans Yoganand says," Before embarking on important undertakings sit quietly, calm your senses and thoughts, and meditate deeply. You will then be guided by the great creative power of the spirit" As we sit and meditate, pressure around us will also reduce.                                                                                                                    Keep Meditating

  When violet is crushed fragrance is librated, it spreads in all directions. When we meditate the goodness in us gets churned and it appears in the form of compassion. Compassion is the unseen, unforgettable, and ultimate necessity. A single act of compassion is like throwing seeds in all directions, which will spring up in new plants. These are our personal problems, only we can solve them.   We know that a calm mind is an ultimate tool against any challenge. Animals have a great amount of empathy. Give them to your children. They can teach our children to trust the pet, themselves, and build trust in other relationships as well. Pets can be a great companion and friend to kids. Children learn and practice to take responsibility through feeding and caring for their pets early in life.
