Be A Meditator- Pause ans listen to the music, don't let it pass by

Life is like music, there are high notes and low notes. The question here is, are we paying attention to these ups and down in music? If not, then music is passing by like any sound wave. Pause and listen to the music. Noticing high notes and low notes is awareness. Awareness is the basis of being alive in our body and soul. Awareness can be built up by regularly observing our breath.                                                                                                                                                             Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Meditation has the power to transform all before us

We all have heard the story of Angulimala. A great transformation took place in him, due to the great compassion shown by Gautam Buddha. Great compassion has the power to transform all before us, Maybe barbs can be replaced by flowers.  Meditation sows a seed of compassion in an individual, which generates a power to transform negative things into positive.                                                                                                                                                                                                              Keep Meditating.

Be A Meditator- The key to your awaking is, complete presence in this very moment.

What is my, this very moment? At the moment I am writing about infographics. I am totally in it. If I try to start drawing also, then it is another moment. When I am drawing I won't be writing. When I am writing I am not drawing. If I start looking at the things around me, I stop writing. If I continue to write, then the objects are still around me, but they are not part of my action, they are not affecting my thought process. For all practical purposes, they don't exist for me. This is being in the present moment.                                                                                                 Keep Meditating

Be a Meditator- Spirituality and abundance go hand in hand

Most people think abundance means "a lot of money" but abundance is a feeling. Abundance is gratitude and seeing richness in every moment. It is something that is already there in you, it just needs to be tapped. This is where comes meditation which leads to spirituality and abundance.                           Meditate with an open mind, ready to receive anything everything.                                                                                                Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Watch without adding any interpretation

It is a general reality for most of us. The moment we see or perceive something, it is liked, disliked, named, interpreted called good or bad. Isn't it?                                                                                     According to Eckhart Tolle, a german-born spiritual teacher, who resides in Canada. " as we sit here, is it possible for you to simply watch what is happening around you, without adding any interpretation to it."  So, nothing needs to be added to this moment, just watch the thoughts, feel the emotion. We will then feel something more powerful than any of the things we observe.                                                                                                                                        Keep Meditating

Be a Meditator- Meditate to make your thoughts, words, and actions positive

" I wish I hadn't said that or I wish I had not taken that action in hurry." Such things happen with us, despite having the best of intentions, the slip may take place. It becomes very difficult to explain to the other person that you really didn't mean to do so. We keep grieving for months or years over that momentary action. Life is like that, but we can work on it.  As we spend time observing our breath, our mind learns to focus on positivity. Our thoughts, words and actions become positive.                                                                                                                                                                                                   Keep Meditating
