 What is my, this very moment? At the moment I am writing about infographics. I am totally in it. If I try to start drawing also, then it is another moment. When I am drawing I won't be writing. When I am writing I am not drawing. If I start looking at the things around me, I stop writing. If I continue to write, then the objects are still around me, but they are not part of my action, they are not affecting my thought process. For all practical purposes, they don't exist for me. Such things happen with us, despite having the best of intentions, the slip may take place. It becomes very difficult to explain to the other person that you really didn't mean to do so. We keep grieving for months or years over that momentary action. Life is like that, but we can work on it.
 As we spend time observing our breath, our mind learns to focus on positivity.
