Sometimes, when we are with ourselves, we are either in the reveries of the past or in dreams of the future. In case of past, we might be taking an account of what we went through. In case of future, we could be just planning. In either case, we are not present there. Try being in the present moment. The present moment is as delightful as a freshly baked cake. The aroma of the cake is everywhere in the room. when we eat it, it satiates our hunger and gives us pleasure. Being in the present moment also fills us with the aroma of meditation. Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Every meditational experience is just a perspective, neither good nor bad
Different people may have different perspectives on the same thing. It depends on the position or capacity from which we view things. For example, firework at festivals or at some important social event gives joy to the spectators. But a soldier who has just returned from war field may not find it enjoyable, as they bring back the memories of a sudden round of fire from the enemy line. In the same way, the meditational experience may be different for different people. But that does not mean that my way of doing meditation is not correct. Every meditational experience is just a perspective in a field of unlimited perspective. Hence no experience can be judged as good or bad. Keep Meditating

Staying silent for a few days ( silence retreat) can help us drop limiting beliefs, regrets, and worries. We can tap into a bigger vision for ourselves. When we come back to our normal life, we are more grounded, more centred, and wiser. We find a joy that is unshaken by outer circumstances. Staying silent and observing the breath is meditation. Be A Meditator- Meditate to observe your thoughts without being ruled by them
From my personal experience whenever I close my eyes to start meditating. Thoughts start trotting from this end to that. Sometimes I start imagining things which actually did not happen, and I am visibly affected. When such things happen, it's an indication that we are ruled by our thoughts. Some of the stories our mind makes up can stop us from living out our magnificence. So not to always believe in everything we think. Then how do we differentiate, which one to believe and which one not to believe? One way is to take a resolution like, "today is a good day to start weeding out unwanted thoughts and planting the thoughts we wish to see flourish". Meditational experience will help us observe thoughts and not limit our magnificence. Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Accept this moment exactly as it is
Think of a drive-through on unknown terrain. We always manage to steer clear of whatever comes our way. In the present times, even the GPS is not able to tell if there is any ditch on the road or if the road is blocked maybe because of some repair work. At such junctures, we are unable to drive on. We have to just wait and be patient and do the needful. In the same way, we should accept this moment as it is. Observe our breath as we drive through this moment. Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Seek to meditation when there is thin line between right and wrong
"Wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it. Right is right even if no one is doing it." Yes, at times there is a very thin line between right and wrong. And we need to be very careful, before deciding which is right and which one is the wrong path. Under such circumstances wait for some time and meditate. While meditating, just meditate and not start evaluating the issue. The clarity will appear on its own. Keep Meditating
