Be A Meditator- The art of silence is a gift to us


 Staying silent for a few days ( silence retreat) can help us drop limiting beliefs, regrets, and worries. We can tap into a bigger vision for ourselves. When we come back to our normal life, we are more grounded, more centred, and wiser. We find a joy that is unshaken by outer circumstances.
