Be A Meditator- Meditate to observe your thoughts without being ruled by them

 From my personal experience whenever I close my eyes to start meditating. Thoughts start trotting from this end to that. Sometimes I start imagining things which actually did not happen, and I am visibly affected. When such things happen, it's an indication that we are ruled by our thoughts. Some of the stories our mind makes up can stop us from living out our magnificence. So not to always believe in everything we think. Then how do we differentiate, which one to believe and which one not to believe?  One way is to take a resolution like, "today is a good day to start weeding out unwanted thoughts and planting the thoughts we wish to see flourish". Meditational experience will help us observe thoughts and not limit our magnificence.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Keep Meditating
