 Inner moonlight is generally associated with the things we want to do madly. It is also observed that when people want to do things madly, they tend to disconnect from the present connection. Which may surround them with negativity.   Every morning when we start our day. Scores of things cross our minds. Today I have to do this, this, this. Then comes a wave saying, I will do everything at my pace. This momentary thought brings peace. Then the whole day is spent in blissfulness. All the intended works are done, with no stress. A moment of peace throws you into the ocean of happiness. Be A Meditator- Return your focus to your breath

   In Meditation, our mind tries to divert our attention by indulging in interesting distractions. It is natural. Have you noticed that a dolphin keeps jumping out of the surface of the ocean? It looks as though the dolphin is practising jumping. It jumps out of the water and then falls back, and then it quickly jumps back again. In the same way during meditation just notice the distraction and return our focus to our breath.                                                                          Keep meditating

    Meditation advances knowledge. Sometimes when we are solving a problem, after a few attempts we realize that every time we are tracing the same route and stop at the same point. But when we sit with our eyes closed and observe our breath a new light flashes through our mind, and a new path appears, which may lead to new discoveries, and advances in knowledge.                                                                    Keep Meditating

  Quite a few of us work out daily for our physical fitness. In the same way, we should observe our breath daily for fitness of mind and emotions. It is generally observed that motivation gets us started.  Meditate and become aware of the inner life of your body. Inner body awareness is an ancient method developed during the time of the Buddha. Be A Meditator- Let your breath be your umbrella

 You might have come across people, who pray to God in times of need. We also remember Gods like doctors, nurses and, attendants when we are sick. We also remember soldiers posted on the international borders during the time of war and a natural calamity. They are our umbrella on a rainy day. the little girl in the picture says," My breath is my umbrella. It keeps me calm, committed, courageous, and energetic all the time." Be A Meditator- Happiness can exist only with acceptance

   We are all seeking happiness. Aren't we? But how do we find happiness? Where can we find it?  There are so many people who suffer from anxiety, anger, fear, frustration, stress, envy, sadness and depression. If we think deeper, these emotions are an outcome of the inner disturbance of our inner self. We get disturbed because things are not the way we want them to be. We become judgemental.  Every now and then we are commenting on people and situations.                                                                                The moment we stop making judgement and accept people as they are, also accept ourselves as we are. We become free of our mind's inferences and make room for love, joy, and peace. " happiness can exist only with acceptance." Meditation can help us in creating a mindset of accepting things as they are.                                                                      Keep Meditating

  We don't have to give up our wealth and turn into saints in order to contribute to this planet. We can accept things as they are and love them. To achieve these traits, we just have to spend some time every day observing our breath and be in awareness, like we drink a cup of tea every day.                                                                                                                  Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Spread your wings and feel the joy of meditation

 When the peacock is walking in the garden we see a beautiful long trailing bundle of wings. But when the rain comes he spreads his wings and dances with joy. In the same way, when the rain of meditation starts pouring into our life. Be A Meditator- The deeper you process your breath the higher is your conciousness

  A person seeking awareness is like a dormant volcano. In dormant volcano lava is circulating through various layers inside the earth. Wherever the earth's crust is thin a sudden eruption takes place. It's like when a person is ready to meditate deeper an awareness in our consciousness starts rising. Meditation helps in thinning the layer and shooting us up higher in consciousness.                                                                                                                              Keep Meditating       

Be A Meditator- Truth has power to liberate you

  Truth has the power to liberate us. It was way back in my childhood, one day I was playing hide and seek in a dark room. When I was about to be caught, I tried to slip under a glass table, by mistake glass top broke with a jingle. Lights went on, all the children were called and hauled. "Who did it?"   Here, under my breath, my heart was pounding and I had started sweating. No one could definitely tell how the glass broke. We all went home. Days passed but the incident kept disturbing me. I had quietened, wouldn't talk much. My sister noticed it. One day she called me and asked what is the matter. I couldn't hold myself any longer and narrated the truth. I don't know how she handled the situation, but I was liberated and returned to my normal life. Today while making this infographic the incident refreshed my mind. I just thought about sharing it with you . "The truth has the power to liberate you."                                                     

Be A Meditator- Let's graduate as meditators

        By the time we graduate in a subject, we have nearly learned most of the salient aspects of the subject. As a graduate meditator one has learned and is ready to teach how to remain calm and balanced. Enhance empathy, stabilize stress. Think of a world that is stress-free, loving, and caring. Be A Meditator- When we are present each act becomes an end in itself

 Is it possible that a journey begins and does not end? No, every journey has an end. Even a star ends in a black hole. However, before we reach the ultimate there are many small ends. like when sunsets in the evening, the day ends. and when it rises the next day, the night ends. Think of a situation, when we are learning something and our mind is thinking about something else. Lesson may be repeated a number of times without any success. However, the moment we are present, learning happens and we reach the end.
