Keeping the company of people who can make us laugh, watch a stage play, dance, movie, or musical recitals. But when we return home, all these things are left behind.
 The happiness we seek lies, in doing good to others, sharing our belongings, sharing their burden and making them happy. These qualities will always remain with us, as we have chosen to have them. 
 So to say, True happiness lies within us. It doesn't come from outside. Be A Meditator- When we are present each act becomes an end in itself


 Is it possible that a journey begins and does not end? No, every journey has an end. Even a star ends in a black hole. However, before we reach the ultimate there are many small ends. like when sunsets in the evening, the day ends. and when it rises the next day, the night ends. Think of a situation, when we are learning something and our mind is thinking about something else, we are not reaching an end. A lesson may be repeated a number of times without any success. However, the moment we are present, learning happens and we reach the end. Be A Meditator- A meditator becomes respectful of everyone overtime


 Envy, jealousy, doubt, and hatred such negative emotions we often see in our daily lives. When we come across a person who has done something wrong to us, we are tempted to pay him back in the same coins or just avoid him. If our ideas do not match we try to distance ourselves from that person. Such emotions take us away from the fundamentals of a good relationship- love, care, share, and happiness.
 But the meditator over time achieves a level that is above all these emotions. He is not affected by the negative vibrations. he is nice to people, listens to them, shares, and helps people.
