Be A Meditator- Return your focus to your breath


   In Meditation, our mind tries to divert our attention by indulging in interesting distractions. It is natural. Have you noticed that a dolphin keeps jumping out of the surface of the ocean? It looks as though the dolphin is practising jumping. It jumps out of the water and then falls back, and then it quickly jumps back again. In the same way during meditation just notice the distraction and return your focus to your breath.                                                                                                                                                                                                       Keep meditating
