What is the combined formula for action, reactions and emotions of life? It is said life is 10 percent of what happens to us and 90 percent of how we react to it. When we respond calmly to anger, we are living life at 90%. We can see through, why that person is getting angry. We can eliminate the root cause of anger and help him live a happier life.

When I looked out of the window, I saw some feathers flying up and down in the direction of the breeze. A strong breeze was blowing. After some time, the breeze stopped, and all the feathers fell to the ground. A feather is so light that it cannot decide its grounding place. Sudarshan chakra " Disc of auspicious vision" is a shining disc weapon with 108 serrated edges or blades used by Lord Krishna. These blades seek out evil and destroy them. It is said to aim at the enemy with willpower. We too should use our Sudarshan chakra to destroy the negativity and weakness within us, using it as our willpower. For example, for some of us, the first reaction, when a mistake is made or something does not go as planned, is to blame others, make excuses, or twist the facts. Instead, we should use our Sudarshan chakra to eliminate these mentally created enemies by swiftly acknowledging that there is a problem, identifying our role in it, and implementing an action plan to minimize( or entirely eliminate ) the chance of happening it again. One material life and the other spiritual life. Material life mostly deals with material things, like money, health, habits, physical growth, education, hard work, family, friends, pleasure and fun. The presence of these things gives us joy and absence gives us pain. however these things are not lasting, they may be there for some time, also they may not be there. at another time. We all have noticed that during meditation waves of thoughts come one after another. It's normal. Of late I noticed that during meditation thoughts related to whatever happened recently, or whatever I read, or watched last night kept surfacing in my mind. Remote and unfamiliar thoughts too appear sometimes. Meditation gives us an opportunity to look at what our minds do when we are observing our breath. With most of us what our mind does is wander off. We don't have to be rigid and strict with our minds, just surf over the thoughts which appear.
