Be A Meditator- Thoughts during meditation settle slowly, slowly-----


 People often say, " whenever I sit for meditation, my mind is full of thoughts. I can't focus. They often ask, how can I reach a state when there will be no thoughts in my mind". According to Buddhist Monk, Thich Nhat Hanh,  thoughts come and go like a cloud in a windy sky. Let the thoughts come and go, but do not get involved with them. Also, according to the line of thoughts of Osho, if we continue with the sincere meditational practice, slowly, slowly mind will settle forever.                                                                  Keep Meditating
