Be A Meditator- Mindfulness can be a way to reduce human sufferings.

  What happens when we suffer? In suffering people are brought down to their lowest, seeing no light at the end of the tunnel. Seeming that hope has all but gone. Can we come out of it or reduce it? Regular mindful meditation can enhance mindfulness. Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing, one's awareness on the present moment, while calming and accepting one's feelings, and thoughts, without judgement. It has been observed that people come out stronger and more resilient after hopelessness.                                                                                Keep Meditating
