Well, we talk a lot about disappointment leading to depression. So many ways are suggested that how to overcome depression. But what is the harm in being overjoyed? Sometimes in our excitement and elation, we tend to overdo things, overestimate our capabilities, and just take challenges without preparation. At times we are convinced that we know everything and stop learning.
