When we start meditating with a purpose, like, being free of Anxiety, Anger, depression, or shame or for achieving rewards, love, or improving the relationship. We are overpowered by the feeling of achieving our aim. If we do not see results quickly, we get impatient and start getting distracted from meditation.
When we meditate, we have to build a solid and constant feeling that something beautiful is waiting for us. It will come as and when we become eligible for it.
