Be A Meditator- Rise above your expectations, continue to meditate

Expectations are how we hope or anticipate our life to be. They encompass all areas of our lives--our work, our relationships, and the way our life will unfold. Expectations play a significant role in our life. When expectations, are conscious, reasonable and stated they can be a powerful motivator.  But according to Master Choa Kok Sui, a teacher from the Philippines and founder of Modern Pranic Healing says, Do not meditate on your expectations, if you do so then you are not doing meditation itself. Continue to meditate selflessly.                                                                                                                                                                                                            Keep Meditating
