Meditate to Change Behaviour

All of us are born with certain fundamental behaviours. As we grow we realize that some of the behaviours are a hindrance to our growth. At this juncture, various questions cross our minds. Did I inherit that sudden rise of anger from my dad? Why do I gain weight so quickly? I want to sleep for n number of hours. I want to earn lots of money. I hate my boss, he expects me to follow each and every rule.
I wish I could change myself, not think about the Boss, but just think about the task. meditation can help you break away from these shackles of anger, overeating, overspending, and fear of the boss. Meditate, over and over again.                                                                                                                                                                                                              Keep Meditating
