Meditate to Change Behaviour

  All of us are born with certain fundamental behaviours. As we grow we realize that some of the behaviours are a hindrance in our growth. At this juncture, various questions cross our mind. Did I inherit that sudden rise of anger from my dad? Why do I gain weight so quickly? I want to sleep for n number of hours. I want to earn lots of money. I hate my boss, he expects me to follow each and every rule.
 I wish I could change myself, not think about Boss, rather just think about the task. meditation can help you break away from these shackles of anger, overeating, overspending, fear of boss and following rules.
                                          Meditate, over and over again.
