Meditation Helps in Accepting Difficult Thoughts


Sometimes we are caught up with thoughts like, "The task given to me is too hard, I can't do it. I give up ". or we are encountered with situations which we feel are unfair.  Thoughts which cross our minds may be, "It's so unfair, I should not put up with it. Why me? I have no one and so on". One may get overpowered by these thoughts. How do we come out of such situations? the general recommendation is, "accept it".                                                                                                                                                  What is acceptance? Acceptance means being aware of your emotions and feelings, accepting them for what they are right now, and knowing that they won't last for long. So, do not battle with your thoughts. accept your thoughts and feelings, while committing to living according to your values. Meditation helps us in accepting difficult thoughts.                                                                                                                                                                        Keep Meditating
