Be A Meditator- Meditate with your child

 

You might have seen some children throwing tantrums, off and on, and must have wished that your child doesn't do it. Meditation can help kids read and respond to their internal signals of stress before developing their brains and body give in to full blown tantrum.                                                                         Any parent wanting to teach meditational techniques to their child, must be first willing to start his or her own meditational practice. Just focus on your breath from start to finish. Kids need adults around them to behave in ways they can model. Kids also need to hear and feel that their adult know them well. meditate with your child. When you practice meditation together the connection will grow stronger.                                                                               Keep Meditating
