Be A Meditator- Meditate with your child

 

You might have seen some children throwing tantrums, off and on, and must have wished that your child didn't do it. Meditation can help kids read and respond to their internal signals of stress before their brains and bodies give in to full-blown tantrums.                                                                          Parents wanting to teach meditational techniques to their child must be first willing to start his/her own meditational practice. Just focus on your breath from start to finish. Kids need adults around them to behave in ways they can model. Kids also need to hear and feel that their adults know them well. Meditate with your child. When you practice meditation together with your child the connection will grow stronger.                                                                                                                                                                                                                Keep Meditating
