Be A Meditator- This moment is complete


You might have observed that, we human beings have enormous difficulty in focusing on the present, we are always thinking about what we did or what we could have done. If we don't complete something, it remains on our minds, knocking to be completed. However, it is not always possible to complete a task instantaneously, then what do we do? If we treat this moment as though it is complete, then we don't get continuously drawn into events, thoughts, emotions, and actions, past, and future. A continuous, and sincere meditation can help us in achieving this skill.                                                                                                                        Keep Meditating
