Meditation Needs time, Patience, Practice and more Practice

When we start practising meditation we are like a baby. Try to visualize a small baby trying to learn to walk and talk. Before he starts walking, he tries to get up again and again. Some of them would just refuse to get up. Similarly, when he is learning to talk, any new word he repeats the whole day.
In the same way, meditation Takes, time, one has to be patient, and practice over and over. Eventually, we may experience meditational bliss.
