We are often faced with a question. How long should we meditate? Generally, it is better, we can start meditating at whatever time we are comfortable with and then slowly increase the time. How long should we meditate is a relative factor. If we meditate for too short a time, then we don't derive much benefit. If we meditate for too long, we would feel restless. So regular practice is more important than, the length of time, we meditate.
