Are there some moments, when you feel like resenting, shouting or wailing? Everyone does, at some or other time. All of us have some problem. At times these problems might have been triggered by someone else's miscalculation. We might get some relief by complaining or blaming. Also if we are at fault, then we might try to cover it by pretending that everything is fine. These are negative acts. How do we resolve these activities?
 A meditator practicing the simplest form of meditation," breath in breath out and be with it" is able to resolve these negativities and stabilize the mind easily in comparison with others.
