Meditation Balances Ego and Attachment

 "I cannot live without him, he is mine. Oh, MyGod so much attachment. "
One might have observed that ego and attachment cause many unhappy moments in our lives. Sometimes they lead to violent reactions too. Attachment is a feeling that binds us to a person, thing, cause or likes. If these things do not behave the way we imagined, we suffer. Meditation teaches us to accept what comes our way and let go when its time.
Similarly, when someone corrects us and we feel offended, then we have an ego problem. Ego judges and punishes. Ego says, "I am still angry about yesterday you must apologize'. We can get rid of excess ego and attachment. When ego dies, soul awakens.
  Meditate to keep a balance in your life.
