As we start meditation, we have a lot of expectations. like my memory will improve, and I will be more focused. My decisions will be in the right direction. My anger will disappear, and I will be at peace. However, these behavioural changes take a lot of focused practice. Keep your attention on your practice and not on results or enlightenment.
