Our Personal Dissatisfactions can be governed with meditation and mindfulness

Our Personal dissatisfactions do not remain limited to ourselves; instead, we keep sharing our (emotional) suffering with others. The atmosphere around each unhappy person becomes charged with agitation, so that all who enter that environment may also feel agitated and unhappy. In this way, individual tensions combine to create the tensions of society.                                                                                                                                                                           A happy person, on the other hand, can create an environment where others also feel calm and more peaceful. When feeling unhappy (under normal circumstances), try meditating for a few minutes. When sharing unhappiness, become mindful of your unhappiness.
