When something happens our mind starts working overtime. One can barely stop thinking about it. Incident plays over and over in our minds. it gets filled with thoughts, arguments and counter-argument. Emotions are on the rise. anger, aggression. and depression and so on. There may be an outburst of anger or a silent flow of tears. In either case, the mind renders us incapable of thinking logically. Under such situations look for a quiet place and observe your breath.
