Be A Meditator- When life becomes meditative


 Whenever we talk or think about meditation, An image appears in our mind where an individual is sitting in the lotus position. This is the physical appearance of a meditator, what other activity might be going on in his body? In the simplest form of meditation. Ana-Pana-Sati. in-breath, out-breath and be one with it. But, breathing is a natural process, we can continue to observe our breath in any other position and anywhere. Maybe we can say that once we have voluntary control of respiratory muscles, our entire life becomes meditative. So to say that all the time we will keep receiving benefits of meditation.                                                                                         Keep Meditating
