  Books are our best friend and guide. Books on meditation deepen our knowledge and understanding. However, there are many books on meditation. Also, there are different ways to do meditation. One can follow whichever way suits them, However, the simplest way to do meditation is Ana-Pana-Sati.  inhale- exhale, and be one with it.  observe the turning point of breath.
