Be A Meditator--The Ungoverned Mind is the seed of Misery

Have you seen some children picking up things and throwing them or tearing pages of new books, or writing on the completed homework of their siblings?. It's a common sight in some of the houses.
why do children do this? The child does not know what he is supposed to do. His mind is still not channelized.  The same thing happens with elders if their minds are ungoverned. They land up doing or saying weird things. Meditation can help in focusing and channelizing your thinking process.
