Fear and doubts diminish, when mind is made up

  It's normal to feel afraid and uncertain when faced with something new and unknown. Fear of failure, fear of judgment, and feelings of doubt can be paralyzing and can keep you from achieving your goals. The question is, what role does the mind play? The mind is a set of faculties which think, imagine, remembers, wills and sense. Sometimes it tricks us into thinking that something has been overlooked. This fear drives the individual into repeating the action again and again. The first step in overcoming fear and doubt is to acknowledge and accept these emotions. Make up your mind, that is decide or choose what to do.
