 Many a times we think. "Am I observing my breath in the right way? Why is my mind wavering during meditation? How do I focus on my breath?" The revered guru's say ,do not  try to stop yourself from thinking. just practice concentrating on your breath. Of all the automatic processes our body does, only a few are controllable. Breathing is one of them.We can both observe ourselves breathing and also control our breath.
