Many of us do not appreciate our achievements. We just keep slogging. Self-appreciation is seeing ourselves exactly the way we are, valuing ourselves for it and showing compassion and gratitude. Self-appreciation can change our lives by transforming our negative ideas into positive ones. Then we start glowing like a star. We are stars wrapped in our skin, and the light we seek is right within us.
