We are always short of time. Aren't we? We often feel that time is moving extremely fast. We need to do so much in such a short time. While these feelings are completely normal. They often lead to anxiety and stress. Deep meditation can help us to cope with such issues.                                                                           Now, what is deep meditation? It is said when we are in the present moment ( in awareness of sound, sensation and thoughts) and perfectly relaxed is deep meditation.
