Be A Meditator-Meditate to become aware of relationships


  Sometimes in the journey of life, we may come across someone who is nice and caring. We go all for this relationship. Then one day, maybe due to some reason the dear one doesn't give attention. We feel lonesome and dejected. What type of emotion is this? Maybe something like, "I want attention" or "maybe we should reconsider this relationship". At such junctures meditation provides clarity.                                                                                                    Keep Meditating
