 Practising Karm Yog means doing our duty without attachment, whether we like our duty or not, we still do our best. Acting in this way diminishes our ego and helps dissolve any sense of separation between self and other. We do our duty without any desire or attachment to the outcome of our actions. It is also believed to purify the mind and it is considered the most virtuous approach to service.
