We have come across phrases like, "I have to do it now!", "Now or never". Such phrases are indicative of the present moment. What happens when a realisation takes place that I have to do it now? We suddenly leave everything and get charged to take action. Like the lion in the infographic is coming charging to jump across to the other cliff. He is not thinking about whether he will be able to jump across or not. He is living each moment completely. Meditation trains us to live in the present moment completely. When we start living in the present moment, the quality of life changes. Keep Meditating
