Mouth and thoughts are inactive ( Not experienced by many) minds watching passively not waiting for anything particular. You become like a hollow bamboo. Suddenly, infinite energy starts pouring into you filled with the unknown. A hollow bamboo becomes a flute when air is blown into it. In the same way, observing your breath and resting your body, fills you with energy with divine power. Keep Meditating
